		<description>All I can say is WOW this is amazing that the court would think that liability lies with the host - where is personal responsibility. If this sticks then watch out - we will end up suing companies out of existence then what? It is a warning to all companies that operate in Italy too. We are having similar issues here in the states where the FDIC is piercing the corporate vale and making other profitable banks owned by a holding company related to another bank in the holding company that fails responsible for the failure. This is causing a lot of other problems.</description>
