		<description>I&#039;ve seen services actually help employers track what their employees are doing NOT from the standpoint of being &#039;big brother&#039; but to indicate where they are spending most of their time and self-regulating.  I agree with Steven that if people don&#039;t want to work, they will figure out a way whether it offline or online.</description>

The same people that actually waste all of their time on social networks are most likely the same people that waste all of their time at the water cooler so to speak. Social networking is only going to continue to grow and become a normal part of everyday life. Companies that puts that much effort into blocking this is essentially wasting time and money themselves, and will eventually realize it&#039;s just another form of communication. I wonder if there was this same concern over email.</description>
