		<description>I go outside and dig in the dirt, or haul rocks, or shovel snow.  Doing something physical as opposed to sitting at my desk and staring at a computer monitor does more good to me.  And then there is always a favorite standby---- SHOPPING!</description>

My refill is cooking. I love taking an afternoon (or the night before and the next afternoon) to plan a menu, go to the store, come home, and as graceful as possible for a novice, fall into the flow of preparing and enjoying a meal.

To me I think it&#039;s a great refuel for two reasons. 1) It involves a lot of my mental effort. I&#039;m not allowed to casually mind wander into work while cooking. 2) Like you, I work at home and I think that taking myself far away from work while still being at home helps me remember that home is home.
